Summary
On 22 October 2025, essential configuration changes were implemented on our network and firewall to support platform expansion and modernisation. Due to a misconfiguration, network traffic routing was disrupted, resulting in a temporary service outage. The root cause was promptly identified, and engineers restored service by rolling back the configuration changes
