Executive Summary

The automation script that renews internal SSL certificates failed which directly affected Citybreak and Bookvisit financial services.

Description of the issue
Our internal certificates lifetime is managed by the script which failed and led to internal certificates being expired. The issue was quickly identified, and certificates were renewed manually to speed up the process.

Actions taken
We are currently investigating why the automation script failed and how to prevent it from happening again.
