Service Issue - BookVisit/Visbook Integration Offset Availability

Rozwiązany

Resolved. The one-day availability offset between VisBook and BookVisit has been corrected and the full resync of all affected properties is now complete. Availability in BookVisit again matches VisBook.

No bookings were lost as a result of this issue. If you still see a mismatch for any date, please contact support with the property name and the dates concerned so we can look into it.

Thank you for your patience while we worked on this.

Rozpoznany problem

The cause has been identified: availability received from VisBook was applied one day forward in BookVisit, so each date showed the availability belonging to the following day. The offset was consistently one day and affected no other data.

A fix is now in place. We are running a full resync of availability for all affected properties. Until that resync completes, some properties may still show the old, offset availability — VisBook remains the correct source in the meantime.

We will post another update here once the resync is finished and all properties are confirmed correct.

Rozpoznany problem

Dear BookVisit/Visbook customer,

We are aware of an issue where room availability from VisBook is displayed one day offset in BookVisit. This means the availability shown in BookVisit and in online booking channels may not match VisBook for the affected dates.

No bookings are lost and VisBook remains the correct source for your actual availability. There is a risk of over- or underselling on affected dates while the issue persists, so we recommend verifying availability in VisBook before confirming manual bookings.

Our development teams have identified the likely cause and are working on a fix with high priority. We will update this page as soon as we have more information.

Affected: properties using VisBook as PMS with BookVisit distribution.
