Between 9:30 AM and 10:15 AM we had two periods of resource exhaustion of SQL connections in the Citybreak Financials applications due to blocking operations on the SQL server. The root cause is unknown at this time. We discovered the issue at 9:35 AM but resolution took longer than anticipated because some of the VMs themselves were unable to be accessed due to resource exhaustion.

We are actively monitoring the service to prevent further disruptions.
