*Now Resolved* - Book Visit Service Issue

Dear BookVisit-customer,

From around 8:00am on Saturday January 20th to 11:30am on Monday January 22nd, BookVisit experienced issues with the service fetching inventory from some external systems. The issues were caused by networking issues on our server environment. We will investigate the matter further with our partners in order to prevent these issues in the future.

The affected systems are:

  • Visbook
  • Hotellinx

From this morning at 11:30 the service was again back to normal but BookVisit do encourage users of the systems listed above to keep an extra eye and checking reservations made during the time of the service issue.
