Dear BookVisit-customer,

We are currently experiencing technical issues with payments in BookVisit. This means that BookVisit in some cases does not receive the signal that a payment has been completed and therefor the reservation is not finalized by BookVisit.

Please note that the PSP Nets Easy is NOT affected by these issues.

We are working to solve this immediately, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
