We are still experiencing technical issues with BookVisit channel manager and no reservations from Booking.com, Expedia, HRS, GDS, Hotelspecials are imported to BookVisit at the moment.

For the time being, we kindly ask you to handle the new/changed/cancelled reservations manually.

We are working to solve this immediately, and apologize for any inconveniences that this may cause you.

Please use status.visitgroup.com for any updates regarding the issue. You will receive a new e-mail once the issue is resolved.
