Dear BookVisit customer,

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the BookVisit payment service. This means some reservations fail in the payment step and there can also be issues when trying to access prepaid reservations in the BookVisit admin.

This issue does not however affect Nets Easy.

We are working to solve this immediately, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
