The service issue affecting iTicket has been resolved and the system should be fully operational.

During the morning we have experienced technical difficulties with iTicket.
This was due to a Microsoft SQL Database issue which affected Western Europe - please refer to https://status.azure.com/en-gb/status.
The iTicket service has resumed operations but in a degraded state due the aforementioned issue.
We will continue to monitor the service and updates from Microsoft.
