The service issue has been resolved and the system should be fully operational.
The issue was an updated IP address with our credit card data import partner. This IP address was not whitelisted by Booking.com and reservations could therefor not be retrieved.
The IP address has now been whitelisted and the import of reservations is operational again.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties in the BookVisit channel manager. This means some OTA-reservations are not imported to BookVisit and at the moment need to be handled manually. Please note that the BookVisit online is still fully operational.
