Our hosting partner is now contacted because we have identified that a hardware component is causing our problems. It needs to be replaced physically. We will keep you informed directly when we have any new info or the system is up running again. An appology for all the inconvenience this has caused you and your business. Due to this the hardware issues earlier this week our Redis-servers have been affected. This has caused all BookVisit services to now go down. We have located the exact issue and are now working to get them back online.
