Dear BookVisit customer,

This past Friday evening we experienced a short downtime. The issues were quickly resolved by our tech and environment teams. We apologize for this inconvenience.

During the weekend we have kept extra live monitoring to make sure everything runs smoothly, which it also has. This is also the reason for why we did not update the status of the issue to resolved until now. Uptime during the weekend was 100%.

Around lunch time today we made a small preventive fix to the system which can have affected some of you for a very short period of time making it not possible to access admin and online for a couple of minutes.
